In most cases, clients will be on holidays or unable to take the pets back so you should try to manage the pets until the end of the assignment, separating them if need be.
If however, things get aggressive and/or violent then something else will need to be arranged!
Contact us at mary@holidog.com we will work together to try and resolve this situation. Pets can never be moved from the location that the client has agreed to or be given to somebody else to look after unless the client has been spoken to and approves this.
This situation can be avoided by always having a meeting prior to the assignment with all the animals and people involved with the assignment.
