If you are receiving notifications on your Holidog account, but are not being alerted to them by email, please first check your spam folder or any other folders that the email could have been filtered into.
If the emails are not there, please do get in touch with us by emailing our customer services at mary@holidog.com and we will address this problem. If you have stopped receiving notifications altogether, we advise you to make your profile as attractive as possible.
Adding photos and editing your motivation can make pet owners more inclined to notify you. Another possibility is that you have not responded to notifications for a while due to which your response rate has dropped beneath the threshold. After this happens, the system will automatically keep you out of the lists of search results.
Unfortunately, we cannot manually adjust the response rate, meaning that the only possibility to get you back into the search result list is to create a new account.
This means that you would lose all previous activities connected to your account, as well as any reviews you might have gotten. In addition, you can choose to subscribe to Premium to increase your chances of being notified greatly.
With a Premium subscription, you will appear at the top of the search results in your area and we will write you a personalised Holidog recommendation, visible to pet owners.
