If a client has booked you, you meet and then you see that the dog is aggressive, do not hesitate to talk about it with the client directly and/or send us an email to explain the situation so the situation can be resolved. This, among many other reasons, is why it's so important to meet the client and their pet before the assignment, to ensure that everything is perfect.
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms.
