Is my personal information protected at Holidog?

Yes, your personal data is protected by Holidog. We have very strict rules when it comes to protecting the data of our members.

For Petsitters: Clients will only see your first name, the initial letter of your surname and the information from your motivation. They will not be able to find you on other sites (e.g. Facebook) on the basis of the given information. Only when a customer pays and then books you directly will they get more information: your full name, your e-mail address, telephone number and your place of residence. This is needed so that a meeting can be arranged.

Please note that no further information is released to the customer.

For Clients: Only your first name will be displayed as well as some basic information such as the name of your dog and your city. After booking a Petsitter, your phone number and your email will be displayed in order to arrange the details of your assignment. If the assignment is to be held at your home, your address will also be communicated to the Petsitter.
