To delete your account, you have to log in on a desktop computer. At the bottom of any page on the website, on the left hand corner, there is a list in small print with the heading 'About'. (See screenshot below)
Click the link "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of this list. Follow this link and the instructions. Once this has been completed, please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be fully deleted from our database.
Please note that this is only available on the computer version of our website, the feature is not (yet) available on the mobile version. If you do not have access to a computer, just write to our customer service team by email:
- mary@holidog.com if you are in the UK
- emma@holidog.com if you are in Australia
- zoe@holidog.com if you are in New Zealand
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you.

according to you every page has a link to unsubscribe. This is the 3rd page I open and there is no such thing at the bottom of any of these 3 pages?

The unsubscribe link is at the bottom left, under the "about" section after you have logged in.
Could you perhaps provide us with the URL of the page you are visiting? I have tried a few pages with a test account and it is visible so far.
Let me know so that I can help with that ASAP. In the meantime, if you wish you cancel your account, you can also make a request at mary@holidog.com and our customer service team will take care of it!

What a rubbish site and app!! Please hurry up and delete my account... there's no such thing as About section at bottom left of any page!!

Are you using our mobile version? If yes, it is true some features have not been implemented yet, what I have described is only available on our computer version of the website.
I do not have access to your personal information from here, have you already emailed our customer service? They just need your email to delete your account within the day.

Since you send me email via a no reply msg I was not able to send you a screen shot of the missing "unsubscribe" link at the left bottom pages of anything I logged on. You also assumed I was somewhere where Mary@ is not appropriate and this site here says for me it should be Emma....This shows again how poorly this website is managed and Laura above is spot on.
So since things are done on this site why don't you tell Emma@holi...I'm tempted to rename this address! To delete my account and send me a no reply confirmation that it has been done - at least this would be a very positive step for me.
There's no 'about' link at the bottom of the holidog page. I have no time for this, not time to try to take my name off your list. It's unacceptable, look above, so many people in the same situation!
I urge you to take me off your list immediately!

If you are using the mobile version of the website, the feature isn't there for now as we had a few issues with our mobile website.
