In order to change your personal information, simply log in to your account on our website and then click on "Profile" in the lower left corner of your screen.
Alternatively, you can click on the following links to access your profile directly:
New Zealand: https://nz.holidog.com/Client/Profile
From there, you can easily edit your personal information and then click on "EDIT MY PROFILE" to save your changes. Other settings can be found by clicking on the settings tab or by clicking on your name, and then selecting whatever you would like to navigate to from the drop down list.
My profile is from Spain and they don't have any options for change the profile.
Mine is from UK and I don’t have that option either.

After checking your accounts for potential bugs, the feature seems to be in every country and every account, did you try to find it from a computer? The mobile version is quite different.
