How do I create a review?

To create a review use the following steps:

- Login into your account
- Click on your name at the top right-hand side of the page and go to "My Bookings" (see below)

- Here you have a list with your completed bookings. For the booking you want to rate you can click on "Rate now" and from there you will be able to choose the rating and write up the review

Once you are logged in this link will take you straight there:

Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you.
