The assignment is starting today but my petsitter has let me down, what can I do?

If your Petsitter has let you down, it is important that you start looking for a new Petsitter straight away.

We recommend that you restart your search. To do so:

- Click Here for UK ; Here for Australia ; Here for New Zealand This will take you to the "My Bookings" section of the website.

- Click on "DETAILS" on the booking

- Click "Reject this Petsitter..."

This will give you the option to start a new search, and choose to select new Petsitters or to re-notify your previous selection.

NB: If this method does not work, you will have to start a completely new search from your account, from the "Search" Section of your dashboard.
