Unfortunately, a search that has been launched cannot be changed directly.
This is due to the fact that Petsitters displayed in the search results list are selected for various reasons - including their calendars, their other notifications and their bookings. This allows them to organise their schedules without making constant changes.
However, please note that our customer service team is able to change the dates of an assignment (providing the start date of the booking has not already passed). Once the date has passed, it is no longer possible to alter search.
If the type of service you are requiring, or any other important information needs to be changed, we recommend that you cancel the search altogether and start a completely new search. To do so:
-Click here for UK ; Click here for Australia ; Click here for New Zealand to access the "Current Searches" page of your profile
- Click "Details" on the relevant search
- Click "Close this search" at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
At this point, you can launch a new search from the search section of your dashboard!
