How can I contact a petsitter?

In order to get in contact with Petsitters, all you need to do is launch a search from our home page. Here you will need to enter your postcode and then fill in all your preferences for the Petsitting. Choose what service you require, the dates, as well as whether you'd like your pet to stay in your home or in the Petsitter's home.

You will then be taken to a list of Petsitters in your area who should be available for the assignment. You can implement any necessary filters by clicking "filters" to refine your search (1). Have a look at each Petsitter's profile individually (2) and choose the ones you like by pressing "Select" to the right of their name (3). Then, once you have selected all the Petsitters you like the look of, click "X Petsitters Selected" at the top of the page (4).

Please note that each Petsitter's compensation will be written next to their name on the list.

We recommend that you notify between 15 and 20 Petsitters to ensure a response.

You will then be asked for some information about yourself so that your free account can be created and so that the Petsitters you have notified can reply to you. An automatically-generated password will be sent to your personal email address so that you can access your account when you need to. You will also receive an email in your personal account whenever a Petsitter accepts your notification. In order to chat to them, log into your account using your email address and password and go into your "Mailbox" in the top right-hand corner to start a conversation.

When chatting with potential Petsitters, be sure to ask them all the questions you may have about the assignment. Make sure that before booking, you are happy with everything you have discussed with the Petsitter and you are confident in choosing them.
