I have bought a subscription but there are no petsitters in my area, what do I do now?

If there are no Petsitters displayed for a search in your area, it is possible that your search criteria is too restrictive (eg. search radius, whether the petsitter has pets or not, etc...)

You can add more Petsitters to your search at any point by accessing the "Current Searches" section of your profile:

From here, you will be able to click "details" on the appropriate search. Then, you will see the option to "notify more petsitters". You will be taken to a results list, where you can select new Petsitters to add to your search.

If that still does not work, we recommend that you create a brand new search from your account.
