How long does it take before somebody contacts me?

Don't worry if you don't get answers immediately after launching your search.

Petsitters should check their accounts regularly and will usually respond to your notification within 24-48 hours although answers usually come within the first few hours. If you do not get any answers after 48 hours, please feel free to contact us so that we can help you with finding a suitable Petsitter
