To delete your account, you have to log in on a desktop computer. At the bottom of any page on the website, on the left hand corner, there is a list in small print with the heading 'About'. (See screenshot below)
Click the link "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of this list. Follow this link and the instructions. Once this has been completed, please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be fully deleted from our database.
Please note that this is only available on the computer version of our website, the feature is not (yet) available on the mobile version. If you do not have access to a computer, just write to our customer service team by email:
- firstname.lastname@example.org if you are in the UK
- email@example.com if you are in Australia
- firstname.lastname@example.org if you are in New Zealand
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you.
