In order to meet the Petsitter, first you need to make a booking on the site.
Why does Holidog require this?
- Firstly, we assure a certain level of security for both Petsitters and Pet Owners to ensure that their personal details (address, telephone number, email address) are not readily available, complying to our security policy and our commitment to protect their information.
- We have adopted a membership system for our site in order to make the site easy to use for the client, whereby they can make unlimited bookings, along with other advantages (click here for UK and here for Australia and New Zealand to view the Holimember pricing page).
Please note that once you have booked a Petsitter, you can transfer the booking to any other Petsitter if the original Petsitter is not to your liking. You can, therefore, find multiple Petsitters!
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you book over the phone.
