If your Petsitter has let you down, it is important that you start looking for a new Petsitter straight away.
We recommend that you restart your search. To do so:
- Click on "DETAILS" on the booking
- Click "Reject this Petsitter..."
This will give you the option to start a new search, and choose to select new Petsitters or to re-notify your previous selection.
NB: If this method does not work, you will have to start a completely new search from your account, from the "Search" Section of your dashboard.

Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you book over the phone.
