In order to make a booking you need to have created an active account. If you already have created a search then there could be multiple reasons you can't book somebody:
- Your Petsitter has not given any response yet, this can take up to 48-72 hours so if you haven't had a response immediately we would advise you wait a little longer
- Your Petsitter has refused to take on this assignment because of another commitment or
- Your Petsitter has refused to take on this assignment because they didn't feel comfortable with the assignment you offered In any case, you can always notify more petsitters by logging into your account, clicking on your name in the upper right corner and then selecting "current searches".

Next click on "DETAILS" of the current search you have started and from there click on "Notify more Petsitters" and chose the other Petsitters that you want.
Please note that from this page you can see what each petsitter has decided to do with your offer:
Pending: The Petsitter has not reacted yet
Open: The Petsitter has accepted the notification and wants to start discussing the details with you
Cancelled: The Petsitter has rejected the notification as they are not able to do the assignment.
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms.
