However, you can turn off the automatic renewal function yourself. You can do this by clicking on the drop down list next to your name once you log in, and clicking on 'MY SUBSCRIPTION'.
You will see an 'Options' section where there is the option to turn the automatic renewal off. Below is a screenshot of what this screen looks like. This means that when your subscription ends, it will not renew again and you will not be charged again.

Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms.
