As a Petsitter, if you message back and forth with a client, they book you and after a few days you cancel the assignment, it has to be for good reason. The booking is a commitment between both the Petsitter and the client.
If there is a case where you cancel without a serious reason, our team will be entitled to exclude you from our website.
This is due to the fact people can have organised holidays months or even years in advance and if they are let down last minute this is a major inconvenience and can cost the client a lot of money and undue stress. In a circumstance like this, our team will be contacting the Petsitter and the client to investigate every situation where this occurs.
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you book over the phone.
