Before the booking, if you accept the alert sent by a client, you can discuss with him/her directly from your account via the mailbox function. Don't hesitate to ask questions to understand perfectly what the client wants and if it's okay for you.
Only after the booking will you receive the phone number and all the necessary details to discuss with the client on the phone and prepare everything. From there, you have the opportunity to meet him/her before the assignment.
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you book over the phone.
