Once on the page, click on the "Add pictures" button:
You can then upload pictures from your computer
If this does not work:
- Make sure your pictures are at least 300 pixels
- Make sure your picture isn't too large (an error message will tell you if it is the case)
- Remember that our team needs to validate your picture before putting it online, so allow a few hours for this to be done
Top tip: Make sure you have pictures of you, your pet(s) and your home so that clients get a good idea of who you are!
If none of this works, contact our team.
If you have a Pet Owner account, simply log in and go to "Pets" as you can only add pictures of your pets:
From there, select the profile you want to modify and you will be able to add a picture on the new window that appears when you click "edit".
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms. Our tech team is working on it, and hopefully it will be running soon. If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, please get into contact with us and we will help you.
