Can I cancel the Petsitter?

You can decide not to use a Petsitter for an assignment. Sometimes, this decision can be problematic because you won't have a Petsitter to replace the last one.

Our advice for this would be to do your research a good amount of time before the assignment starts. In doing this you allow yourself plenty of time to meet them and then if you are not completely happy with all the details you will have time to look for someone who you feel would better suit you.

If you decide to cancel the booking for any reason always make sure to tell the Petsitter and then also cancel the booking on our site.

In order to do this, you simply have to log in, and go to 'My Bookings' in the drop-down menu at the top right of the page.

From here, you can click on the booking you wish to cancel by clicking on 'DETAILS'. This will open information on the booking, and to cancel it, you simply press 'REJECT THIS PETSITTER AND LOOK FOR A NEW ONE'.
