When a client is interested in your services, they will send you a notification which you will receive by email (so don't hesitate to check your emails every day). You must then respond to the client if you're willing to do the assignment or not. To do this, login to your account on the Holidog website and the notification will show up on your dashboard, or as a red dot on the notification button. This is located towards the upper right corner of the screen to the left of the envelope. It will open up your notifications.
Click on 'DETAILS', and it should take you to a pop up page of the notification. At the bottom this page you will see this:
If you accept it, you will be able to message the client back and forth arranging the details of the assignment. This can also be found on the home screen, but this time clicking on the envelope icon.
Please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the mobile app and site, therefore a lot of features are not available on these platforms.
